4. Youngstown State University

While Ohio State may have the privilege of holding football championships with a famous coach, Youngstown State University has the privilege of calling him their President. Jim Tressel, every football fans’ favorite Ohioan, has been serving as the President of the University since 2014. YSU has over 170 undergraduate degrees, this research university has something for everyone

5. The Canfield Fair

Funnel cakes, giant pumpkins, entertainment and more is what you can expect to find at the largest county fair in Ohio–third largest in the United States. Each year thousands flock from all over the United States to experience food, fun and family reunions because you never know who you’ll run into at the Canfield Fair.
